Fitbit malfunctioning for a week now!

I charged my Fitbit last Saturday night because the battery was low and it has been malfunctioning ever since: Sleep data and score unavailable; active minutes completely wrong; heart rate wrong, showing a fat burning rate, while I'm sitting at my desk, etc. I have installed and reinstalled the app at least twice, and there has been virtually no improvement. I am really frustrated now and seriously considering returning the watch, which I've only had for 3 months anyway.

I'm having the same issue. Checked for an update and found nothing. The main thing I use my fitbit for is tracking sleep and heart rate. Both of which are missing now.

I have had the same problems over the last week, lost step count, activity time etc. from my mobile & PC app. I have tried the usual resorts of reset, reload app to no avail. I did try to contact FitBit customer support and this is their miserable response.

IF THEY SCREW IT UP YOU WOULD AT LEAST EXPECT THEM TO SORT IT!!

Hi Gracesams

Try connecting the Fitbit to your charger and pressing on the sides for 15
seconds until the smiley face appears. I did that last weekend and it's
working normally now.
