Swiping from right to left I see that is says “alignment low”. What does this mean?

That sounds like a message from the guided breathing relaxation app.

Hi @RBurpo, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for letting us know about the message you're receiving on Charge 3.
By the way, I moved your post from flagged and merged it to this post so that you can receive more related replies. Please make sure to post all your inquiries directly on the product help forums so that you can receive assistance in the future.
This message usually shows at the end of a relax session, this would depend on how close your breathing is with your heart rate. Try doing this for 7 days in a row and evaluate your results based on how you learn to match your breathing and heart rate, this by doing the relax session as consciously as possible. I've personally tried it and as more consciously I do it, the more it helps me to really relax.
Let me know how it goes!

The response not clear, should I be worried when it says "alignment low"

Regarding the Low Alig at the end of the breathing app... I guess I'm just not getting it. What does it actually mean? Is that not good? What should it say after a successful session. I have an Inspire HR.

Has anyone ben able to find out what this actually means? It’s low or high a good sign? What should one be aiming for?

I just had a relaxed breathing spell. After it was completed I too received the alignment low response. Seeing I am a heart patient wearing a Pacemaker I am grossly concerned. Can someone explain my result to me as it relates to my condition? I would truly appreciate it. Thank you.

So I was breathing pretty much in tandem with the circles and I was getting sparkles...
I've done this at least three times and all I get is low alignment.... My Fitbit seems to be receiving all kinds of other information but for some reason this thing won't change.

Updated post. This is Charge 3 also. I just did the relaxation exercise before bed and got the message alignment low 103-105. This is the first time I've seen it, which is why I'm searching the forum obviously.
At first, to be fair to its oddness, I thought it might be reading that alignment low because when I did the relaxation exercise, I had a higher bpm and lower oxygen level as well. My blood pressure was also higher than normal.
I'm two weeks in to having Covid (tested positive) with mild but still funky symptoms. My guess is that the relaxation message that mysteriously reads "alignment low", is probably related to that lower 02 and higher heart rate.... However, I tried it again after my heart rate went down and 02 level was normal, blood pressure normal, yet still the same weird message "alignment low" except this time followed by an 80-82 (fairly certain that's my pulse).
I agree with another poster who commented that it's alarming. It'd be awesome if Fitbit had some info on this message.

I'm quite a bit late to reply but I noticed nobody else has actually answered this question and if someone comes across this looking for an answer, hopefully this can be of some help. I have a Versa 2 and 'Alignment' seems to be the alignment between your breathing and your heart rate. 'Alignment Low' would mean that your alignment between your breathing and your heart rate is not matching ideally. I'm not a health professional but I would recommend concentrating on your breathing, taking slow, deep breaths from your diaphragm (place your hand on your stomach and if you see/feel your hand move up and down, you are breathing from your diaphragm and not your chest) for a little while, and then try again. I notice most of my issues with breathing are having shallow and short breaths and I usually breathe from the chest.
