All FitBits sync to Charge HR

I have 3 FitBits: Charge HR (the first I bought), Alta (a gift), Flex 2 (bought at start of this summer). I wear the Alta when out or at work because it's sleek, but not causally (home, yoga class, biking) because it picked up non-walking activity like brushing teeth as steps and seems less accurate. I wear Flex 2 at pool & beach. The problem is all steps accumulated by the Flex 2 disappear when I get home and all devices sync. (IF they sync, but that's another issue. ) My total steps revert back to whatever was on my Charge HR, even it that was only 10 steps taken early that day. Sometimes this also happens with the Alta, but most often between Flex 2 and the Charge HR. It makes Challenges impossible and tracking steps meaningless. What's the point in having multiple trackers? I called customer service about a month ago and even the svc rep said he was having the same problem.  It seemed fixed for a while, but lately I've noticed it happening again. PLEASE FIX!!

I think you might do best contacting customer support again. It's very difficult to tell what's happening without having the access to the server-side information that support have.

Also, I am using multiple trackers ok with my account so I'm not sure there's a problem being looked at just now.

Has this problem been resolved? My wife wears a Flex 2 for water aerobics, and an Alta HR the rest of the day. When she tries to sync them, she loses the steps accumulated wearing the Flex 2. We've both read the Fitbit Community forums, and tried Google queries. Customer support called it a "known issue". Fitbit pages all say that multiple units will sync their data. It seems that Fitbit can't get their stories straight, nor can they get their trackers to successfully sync.
