All day sync won't switch on

Thought all was going well, had the device 2 1/2 weeks and now the all day sync doesn't work

The heart rate on the app only shows my resting heart rate since this has happened, could this be something to do with the recent ios update on my phone?

I have reset the phone and the charge 3 several times but its still wont let me switch on the all day sync, I can slide the switch across but just get the spinning icon??

Hi, thanks for the info. I have done the first 2 steps "forget this device" and then re-adding it. I'll try it again and restart my phone and do the notification thing.

@Germtan you can tap forget device in the phones Bluetooth, but trying to re-add will be rejected by the tracker. 

Remove tracker from the phones bluetooth

Open the fitbit app on the phone. 

Eventually the fitbit app will request permission to connect/pair the tracker. 

The tracker dies not have to be paired to the phone slurring a sync.
