I have a Fitbit charge 2 it was previously owned and I am unable to pair it because it is not on the pair screen.

Best Answer@Justin_Hidalgo the Fitbit doesn't pair as conventional devices do. It needs your unique email address and password. The person you got it from remove it from their account?
