My app keeps on telling me it cant find my charge 2. My friend has the same problem.

I’m having the same problem. I’m not tech savvy so I was afraid to try to remove it and start again. Is there a way for the company to get these messages?

I have removed the device and on my phone removed it from my Bluetooth list. Then rediscovered on Bluetooth and then reinstalled my charge 2. It has connected with my device.
