I’m having the same problem. I’m not tech savvy so I was afraid to try to remove it and start again. Is there a way for the company to get these messages?
I have removed the device and on my phone removed it from my Bluetooth list. Then rediscovered on Bluetooth and then reinstalled my charge 2. It has connected with my device.
I think they do. One suggestion I read was to cancel bluetooth and "set up new device". Then resume bluetooth connection. I haven't tried this yet (busy week!).
