Altimeter and sleep score not working

I recently posted re my problems with my Charge 3 after iOS updates and I was blown away by the comments I received.  That issue ‘appears’ to be solved at the moment but although now syncing my device altimeter has stopped working and my sleep score has been 86 every single day.  My sleep has never been the same for 2 days in a row so I’m pretty sure there is a problem besides the fact that I’ve had different lengths of time asleep!  I have contacted support but I’m not expecting too much.

Has anyone had this problem or am I unique?  By the way I have tried resetting the device.

What do you mean by syncing the altimeter?  There is just one "sync" which takes all data from the tracker to your phone and fitbit database.  Do you mean that your stair count is not correct?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

No, the altimeter stoped working after my problems with syncing the device were solved. There have been ongoing issues regarding iOS updates and Charge 3s not syncing afterwards. My syncing issue was eventually solved but my altimeter and sleep score haven’t been working since. I understand what syncing does. I have had no stair counts at all for days, previously I would do at least 20 stairs per day.
