I have had my charge 3 for over a year. All of a sudden I can not get it to connect to my iPhone or iPad. Any thoughts??

I'm not sure what your asking @Terrirojo ate you trying to pair the tracker to your phones bluetooth?
Are you trying to setup the Charge 3 through the Fitbit app?
Do you turn the bluetooth off on the device your not using? That is if the other device is turned on?
Is the tracker still connected to your Fitbit account?
