Annyoing Syncing issues since last update

Has anyone else experienced massive syncing issues since the Las update? I only got my Charge 2 at the end of November, and since the last update (just before Christmas) it doesn't sync. I've had to turn my bluetooth on and off, I've had to restart my phone and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It's becoming such hard work just to do a basic sync.

@LeighMSmith are you sure that you have a Charge 2, the one with a real button, or the Charge 3 that had an indent for a button.

It has been almost 6 months since the Charge 2 was discontinued.

100% a charge 2. I bought it from Littlewoods, which leads me to believe they have a certain amount of stock that they continue to sell. So doesn't actually matter whether the product was discontinued 6 months ago.

Sorry if that came off abrupt. Just dealing with a cat who just climbed my curtains and damaged them as I was typing.
