When I click on the app it doesn’t start up. It immediately closes. When I uninstall I can open the app and when I login it closes again. When my daughter logs in it works for her user. How to solve this?

Explain you and your daughter. Both logging into same account on same phone? Logging into different accounts on same phone? Logging into same account on different phones? Logging into different accounts on different phones?

It is solved now. The day after the app was working again. To explain. When I tried the app with the login of my daughter on my phone the app was working. With this I wanted to make sure it was not related to the phone or to the version of the app. When I logged into the app with my user it closed down. I do not know what the reason was. Because the day after all was working fine again for my user. Anyhow thanks for your reply.
