App does not include sleep mode

Charge 3 registered in the USA, but now live in Brazil and app here does not even have sleep mode! Only premium? Expensive watch to have to keep paying 10 bucks a month. Very disappointed!

This is not my case...  my issue is that this app should at least have sleep monitoring. 

But it appears that we have to subscribe to the premium package to have the basics. Well I refuse after paying this much for the charge 3.

The most basic Samsung already has it all for half the price. 

In your case Incalewis it may be a question of settings I believe.

Well, I didn't have premium but all of a sudden they took sleep and steps away.  I have steps on my Fitbit but in order for it to show on my phone app I have to pay. The sleep app, they just decided to take it off. What a bunch of punks, I'll buy an Apple watch next time.

I've noticed that Fitbit has no commitment towards their customers. I also
will go elsewhere and Fitbit never more! Too much money for nothing...
