Grey lines on screen

My charge3 is displaying grey lines along the entire screen. It wasn't in a position to have gotten damaged. There's no cracks on the screen. It's only 10 months old.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I've done this about 6 or 7 times. Just keep doing it?

I had this same issue on my first charge3 - eventually shop where I bought it exchanged it for another in May19 In Mar20, the replacement one started showing the multiple lines running through the screen, making it hard to read the display. I have done the following, to no avail:

 - changed clock face

  - normal restart

 - long restart

 - ensured firmware on latest version

Tried above multiple times, with no effect.

I don't ever submerge it under water, it is not knocked about, so it's well looked after.

Very disappointed in this product, seeing as it's same issue on my second one.
