Tile Migration Failed on iOS

Hi, I have a charge 3 (new today) but the app keeps saying Tile Migration failed. I’ve logged out of the app, rebooted by phone but it’s still happening. Please help? Thanks

I have the same problem. Opened the app and hourly steps weren't updating on the Dashboard. After logging out and restarting the app then logging back in, dashboard is empty and I get repeated message that "Tile migration failed." Also can't see dashboard on fitbit website.
