App is showing wrong battery level

Hello
I have had my Charge 3 for two weeks now and am very satisfied. But one thing doesn't work. The app does not show the correct charge percentage. Right now my Charge 3 shows that it is charged to 86% but in the app it says 19%. Otherwise, it sinks well (except it does not update sleep until after a longer period of time than other updates). Does anyone know why the app does not sync battery percentage in my app?

The Fitbit and the app can get out of step if you don't for a while as the app can only show the battery level as it was when it last synced. I would expect them to be similar straight after a sync. Could this explain what you are seeing?

Hi Steve
Thank you for answering my question. I did as you said and now it show the right level. I think it is strange that everything else except the battery level did sync earlier but now it has dissolved and I am satisfied.
Thanks once again

Wrong.
Synced regularly.
Displays incorrect power regularly.
Try again.

Sorry it didn't work for you. I don't think I'll bother trying again though.

Thanks for getting back to us and for mentioning the steps you have tried to show the correct battery level on your Fitbit App @Mdeva

As @SteveH mentioned, please try syncing your device again in order to show the correct battery level.

Synching isn’t the answer. Even multiple-synching doesn’t work.

Multiple syncing didn’t work for me either. I use the app on iPad. Closing down the app and reopening did the trick. It might be a coincidence, but I also had the device charging at the same time. Before this fix the device was showing 80% and the app 17%. Both were synced correctly at 100% after the procedure described here.Hope it works for you.
