Hi, my Fitbit app has stopped working - all I see is a blank white screen with the Fitbit logo at the top, my dashboard doesn’t come up. It has been like this for a week.
I’ve tried switching Bluetooth off and back on, restarting my phone etc but nothing works to change it.
I’m currently using a Charge 2 and it’s still working fine but it isn’t synching with my I-phone at all as when I log into the Fitbit website it’s not showing any activity data from the past week.
If I delete then reinstall the app will I lose all my stored data?
I’m trying to avoid upgrading to a new Fitbit as I wanted to wait until Christmas so I can get the app working again with this one then all the better!
