My Fitbit app tells me that it’s no longer shared with me and to purchase it from the App Store. I go to the App Store and tap on it, and it closes on me as it thinks it already installed.
I went to Fitbit.com and I can’t communicate with my Charge 3. My watch is still working normally, it just seems not to be able to connect with the App and that the App no longer recognizes me. I don’t want to delete and reinstall The App because then I lose all my data.
Anyone else having this issue?
Also, don’t tell me it’s the new update, because it was doing this before I updated to IOS 13.5. I only updated my phone thinking it might solve the problem.

Resolved - I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Problem solved. And for some reason I didn’t lose any of my data.
