App won’t open

Hi, I’ve been using Fitbit since December with no issues and this morning the app stopped opening. I checked if it’s updated and there are no pending updates. When I tap the icon, the Fitbit screen comes up for a second and then the app shuts down. I tried force shutting the app and switching the phone and Bluetooth off and on and none of it helped. If I have to reinstall it would I lose all the progress? I’m using iPhone 7. Many thanks!

I’m having exactly the same problem with an iPhone 6s Plus. Started this morning also. Sounds like a buggy update from someone.

I have same issue with a iphone 5, I was editing sleep time and it locked up. Don’t want to loose data, so haven’t reinstalled

Same problem here since this morning with my Iphone 6S.  I restarted my phone several times but it's still a problem.
