For a few days now aito detect of exercise is not working, so it's not logging it as exercise in the app - active minutes register, but not the activity. Anyone else having this problem?

Are any of these exercises ones that Fitbit says are autodetectable?

Same has happened for me too - ever since I upgraded from the HR. Mine will only log runs and walks (i'm assuming because of the arm swing).

I also do about 3 sessions of 35 min aerobic activity (hiit sessions) a week but it has never recognised these even though I move around like crazy and my heart rate is around 140. I have them set to recognise anything over 10 mins in my setting and have tried all manner of forced stops and resets.

I do challenges with friends for motvation but currently have many hours missing and am way behind!

Used to logs these fine on my HR, I'm reluctant to revert to it as it feels like a waste on money.

I am surprised you got the Charge 2 to work with Windows 7 at all. I had 2 computers Windows 7 and a Windows 10. Put Charge 2 for myself on the Windows 10 and tried to put my wife’s Charge 2 on the Windows 7, Charge 2 and Windows 7 would not work. Contacted support, they said Charge 2 would not work on Windows 7. Had to put her Charge 2 on her tablet.

@BradleyJ it has been several years since windows 7 has been supported.

Win 10 should work with the Charge 2.

Win 10 will work with the latest trackers, after they have been setup through a phone.
