Awful customer service

My Fitbit charge 3 is 1 1/2 yrs old and no longer holds a charge. After several very hard to understand conversations due to poor phone quality and hard to understand English I was told it's not covered under warranty.

i paid $130.00 and I'm supposed to be satisfied with that resolution. This is nothing negligent on my part!

We did reset. Charged it again and again. Nothing worked including a phone call and email to Fitbit. It's under two years old and out of warranty I was told.
