Bad lilght

I have a Fitbit charge 3.
I can hardly see the screen during daylight.  

Can't see anything on the screen in bright daylight.

Is there a fault?
I have had it over a year.

Hi @FreshTherapies  like I posted in the other thread, customer service is next. 

 

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
