Charge 3 screen brightness not working properly

I can't see the screen in daylight, it's like it doesn't light up even in the shade.  It only works inside.  Any advice to fix it please?

Hello @FreshTherapies It's great to see you around. @germcq Welcome to the community forums.

I'm very sorry for the experience. Please make sure that the Charge 3 is not set to Sleep Mode. Take into consideration that when Sleep Mode is activated, the screen's brightness is set to dim.

If this is the case, please disable the Sleep mode. You can do this on the quick settings on your Charge 3 screen. Also, make sure to set the correct Brightness Setting, this can be found in the Setting App on your Charge 3. For more information about how to navigate your Fitbit device, please click here

Lastly, perform a restart by following the steps in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.
