Issue with Charge 4 band gap on one side, tried a new band but same issue. So frustrating as it catches and pulls off, risk of it falling off without my knowing….

I’m happy you like it @SKP1! 😃 You certainly won’t have to babysit your Fitbit using that particular band. I have friends that use it and absolutely love it. Please consider marking my response with the details of the band on Amazon as ‘best answer”. Doing so will certainly help others find a solution to a band issue as you were experiencing quickly. I hope you have an awesome evening and as always Happy Stepping!

Hello @SKP1
Have you seen this band? https://www.amazon.com/SUPCASE-Climbing-Extreme-Replacement-Fitbit/dp/B07N2J33BY/ref=sr_1_4?crid=LQT...
It’s a sure way of never worrying about losing your Charge 4 and not having to deal with the band gap as you described. I have friends that have this band and love it.
😃Just thought I’d share the idea. Hopefully this provides you with an answer. Let me know what ya think

The spring loaded band attachment mechanism on one side of my charge 4 came apart after just four months of use. The two small screws that attach this locking/ release mechanism( the part with the button that releases the band from the tracker body)to the body of the tracker both broke, resulting in the band repeatedly coming loose. Replacing the band will not fix the issue as it is the broken screws holding the mechanism to the tracker body that is at fault. Fix: Gorilla glue carefully applied to the inner, loose side. This fix will negate the spring operated button release, but the the band now stays in place as it should. This will be my last FitBit product. Junk.
