Has anyone else had the band falls off and you risk losing your Fitbit while exercising. I was able to replace my band but had to do it more than once. * I contacted Customer Support within a year of my purchase otherwise I have discovered that Fitbit will treat this issue as a "warranty" issue and not their own "quality" issue that should be an open "recall" any time it happens given they are aware of the issue.-

Yes I faced it. Their bands are unfortunately pretty low quality in terms of attaching it to the tracker itself. Lots of people are complaining about it and I already received two replacements but I can not see any real improvement. The last one took like four months to fall apart.
