Band keeps unlatching

The band on my fitbit keeps unlatching. It has been doing this for a very long time. In fact I stopped using it last summer because of this issue. I wanted to get back on track with walking and put it on yesterday and then remembered very quickly why I stopped wearing it. It unlatches about 50 times per day. I reported this a different time and got a new band but the issue continues. Help!

Mine just started to do the same thing too last week. I bought a new band but still it keeps unlatching.

Hi, I went on the Live Chat and told them and now they are sending me a new strap (warranty) no charge.  I wear my fitbit everyday and night (I take it off to charge and clean regularly).
