Band randomly falling off the device

The band on my Charge 2 has started randomly falling off of the device.  Inspecting the band, it does not appear to be damaged or broken; but I no longer feel that the device is secure enough to wear daily.  Is this common, or indicative of normal wear and tear?  If the band is not damaged, will a replacement band be any different?  Thanks

My band too has been falling off my watch.

Can't keep it on.

Also, I have the Fit 2 that my sister bought for my husband and I Christmas 2018 and i couldn't find anything to tell me if they were waterproof for swimming.
