Battery draining and will not charge up.This is a replacement after my last one just over a year packed  up and screen won’t turn on. Does the Fitbit only last a year.customer service will not replace me with another one but offer me a 35%off my next Fitbit. Is it worth buying one if it only last a year.

Hi there @Sauali. Welcome to Community Forums.

I understand how you feel about this situation. I'd recommend you check these articles, Can I extend my Fitbit's battery life? and Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?.

Hi there, my Fitbit will only charged up to 1% and as soon as you unplugged it come on then it screen is died. The fact the replacement didn’t last and less than a year. I can’t not wear it anymore now and it cost over £ 100 how do justify buying another one and what is the chance it will last more than a year.

Mine stopped holding Charge in the last week too. I suspect they did something in the update.

The best part is that I was told I can’t use the 35% off on the sale price this week!

Sure did. I did troubleshooting, called tech support. I was given a coupon for 35% off to use within 30 days but also told I can’t use it since the device I want is on sale. So disappointing. I have to wait for my Fitbit premium to expire before purchase in order to get the free 6 months of Fitbit Premium with a new device. Again I feel like I’m getting punished for being a loyal customer and paying for premium all this time.

Mine started acting up today. Charged it yesterday, dead this morning. Charged it to 100% and it was dead again 2 hours later. This is my second Fitbit to bite the dust after just over a year of use.
I like the interface with the Fitbit & app…too bad they don’t last much more than a year.

Mine is doing exactly the same. I have not changed any settings, and just up to a week ago it was holding charge for about 5 days. Now suddenly it won't keep the charge for more than a few hours. I have been using this device for less than 18 months.

Hi Michelle, I was told exactly that too. I would of thought my replacement would of have two years battery guaranteed but not as it seems. Like you fully let down.
