I charged my Fitbit fully everyday the past few days and by the next day it is dead. It’s getting worse by the day, on Monday lunchtime I charged it fully and within 5/6 hours it said low battery and then shut itself off. It didn’t happen gradually but almost immediately, is there a fault with the battery? I’ve had the Fitbit for at least 18 months now.

Hi @LukeJ500 it's entirely possible your device has come to the end of life. If you try a restart of it, it might work for a bit, but as time goes on, it's probably time for you to check out the new Fitbit styles.

Call me crazy, but I think an 18 month life span on a product is absolutely ridiculous. I had a Fitbit One for five years, which I realize was probably unusual. But 18 months? Really? Fitbit needs to do better.

Agreed.
My Charge 2 is only 9 months old and I have noticed that it doesn't last as long as it used to.
