Hi there, since Monday my Charge 2 has a very short battery life, not even a full day. Using the chronometer during 40min got the batterie from 90 to 10%. I also noticed that sometime, especially on low battery, that there is a sound/buzz coming out of the charge 2 . Any idea?
thanks

Hello @FrediFredo thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'm happy to give you a hand with your battery concern and a warm welcome to our Community Forums!
Seems odd that the battery of your Charge 2 is depleting so fast, this is certainly not the way we designed it. Also, the buzz that you're hearing on your device is not a common situation. If you haven't already done so, please restart your Fitbit and let me know if you still hear the buzz on the device. Also ,please take in consideration the information from our help article: Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life? to prioritize battery life and than let me know how it goes.
I'll be here if you need further assistance, please keep me posted.

Thanks for helping me out.
i have restarted the device, the problem has not stopped unfortunately. My batterie was functioning perfectly before all that. This happened suddenly!
