Ever since I updated the firmware, the device won't keep a charge. i'll charge it, and five minutes later the charge is gone. I work in tech and I suspect that the battery is healthy and that the device is reading the battery wrong. At any rate, I got the same runaround from tech support - it is out of warranty (less than 2 years old), and you can buy a new one at 25%. The refuse to rollback the firmware.
This is a scam. They had to have known the firmware was going to break these devices. If this isn't resolved, I'm never buying a fitbit again.
