Have done my battery recharge as usual on Sunday mornings .. takes about 4 hours . But by Wednesday the battery is drained to zero.
I re charged it on Wednesday morning, and today at 3 pm( Friday) 2 days later the screen shows a single verticsl line in the battery image. In my Ipad FitBit , the battery alert on the top left shows verticsl red line. Started recharge again, but the usual buzz vibration that shows it is starting to charge is not happening.
What is my nect step to get it back working, please? Thanks in advance!

Mine stopped holding a charge a month ago. I have to charge 2-3 times a day, buy I know it's not tracking correctly. I called customer service & was told it was the charger...bought a new one & it's still doing the same thing. It's only 2 years old. Very disappointed,
