Anyone experience their Charge 2 not charging? I even bought a new charger but it still won't charge. Any ideas?

Hello! I'm here to give you a hand with your Charge 2. Let me first give you a warm welcome to our forums @AngieRimm.

 

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and try the steps that are specified there. Please let me know how it goes, I'll be here if you need anything else too.
