I attempted to complete the latest tracker update but it always took over an hour and then failed. Now my charge 3 won't turn back on. If I hold the button while charged to reset, it vibrates the entire time and a smiley face won't appear. I've attempted several of the suggested reset directions but nothing is working.

Yep, you’re screwed. Let me guess, it worked just fine before the upgrade? They’re going to say, “sorry, it’s beyond the year warranty, but here’s a crappy 35% discount to purchase a new one.” Now why would I do that so they can screw me again? Nope!
