My Fitbit charge 2 worked fine yesterday, took off at 11pm last night still fine! Went to put in this morning and screen is black...green lights still flashing on the back...showing full battery on app and vibrates when I hold the button in! Tried a reset on the charger by holding button for 4seconds vibrates but still nothing in the screen...please help!!!

If it's like mine, it is dying a slow death.
I spent over an hour in chat a couple of weeks ago only to have a Fitbit rep copy and paste instructions on how to reset the Fitbit. Of course that didn't help and I had already tried that before I got in chat. I followed the instructions while in chat and it didn't work. She said she would submit a trouble ticket. I haven't heard a word from Fitbit. There is no real support after the warranty expires. They're not going to try to help you, only copy and paste instructions on how to reset the Fitbit.
I've ordered a Mi 4 band. I'm done with Fitbit.

Mine only ever worked for one day! After taking it off for the first time, I went to put it on and the screen came up but the data was upside down or backwards and now nothing on screen

I’m having similar issues and have tried all the advice given. I’ve even tried to see if there may be a factory based generic four digit code for reboot, but so far there is not.
may I ask if you could post the information the person from Fitbit emailed you, so I can see if it’s any different or I can try that. My email address is; lordglencairn@gmx.com
