My charge 3 has a black display screen. It still tracks vibrates ect but there is no display whatsoever. I have gone through the recharge process and changed the clock face several times but the screen remains black . What do I do now ?

If it's over a year old and you have no extended warranty, your out of luck. Same issue with mine. I was offered 25% off a new Fitbit or 40% off Versa lite. Less than a year and half old.

I have the same issue: it vibrates, it tracks, but I can't see anything. It all started with a line of dead pixels. Now it is all dead.
Restarted, changed faces... How can I have a moderator reviewing my issue, please?
