Hi everyone. I know it's probably been posted before, and I've read some posts on lines across the charge 3 screens, but they're all white lines. Mines black. I've rebooted it, and fully charged it and it's still there. I got it for my Christmas present a week ago, and I'm absolutely gutted. Is there a way I can get this fixed ? Thanks 😞

I had my Charge 3 for about 9 months before the black lines started showing up. After jumping through lots of hoops, Fitbit finally did send me a replacement. And here we are just barely 3 months later with the first (of many I'm sure!) black lines showing up on the replacement they sent. Since they wont replace it again, I will just wear it til I can no longer read it. Then I will take a hammer to it, send them back the pieces and buy something else. Definitely not a Fitbit. Ever again. And I'll make sure that no one I know wastes their money on one either.

Same issue here as others have had. It started with a few lines across the top. It now has lines across 80%of the display. It’s like the display is failing.

I have had my Charge 3 for about nine months. Horizontal black lines began to appear about three months ago. Two days ago vertical white streaks began to appear. I have restarted the device, but the problem was not solved. The device was purchased directly from the company. How should I reach out to FitBit for repair or replacement?

Hi the same thing has happened to me me theres 4 black lines across the bottom half of the screen I only brought it in February and am quite upset that this has happened

This started happening to me a few days ago (among other well-known, unaddressed issues). It's getting progressively and rapidly worse. I'm now up to over 12 lines, a 25% increase from earlier today. I contacted Fitbit support and since I'm half a year our of warranty they won't do anything except ask me to buy another one of their products. Why would I buy another Fitbit when I'm having so many problems with the one I already bought? This is my first and last time buying anything from this company. I'll be sure to let others know of the problems I've had and dissuade them from buying Fitbit. I've also left a negative review on Amazon.
It's frankly ridiculous and insulting to see the responses of this company over their products' well known and widespread issues.

Unfortunately, I too have just found this thin black line across the top of my screen within the last 30 minutes. It was fine all day then out of the blue this happens. I have re-booted the Charge 3 twice and changed clock face twice.. black Line is still there. I am not getting prompted or advised of any firmware update so would assume the version currently installed. 200001.88.11 is the latest. If any of you good people have any other suggestions I would be glad to hear them.. kind regards John T

That's not true. I had black lines across my main screen. After I changed the clock face to another one, the black lines disappeared on the clock face. There is nothing wrong with the screen.
Now there are black lines across the other screens. Fix it Fitbit!!! Pixels aren't dead!
