Hello,
Hoping to get help with this issue.
My charge 3 has started showing a dark line across the top of the screen. Pixel seems missing.
I’ve tried changing clock faces, re booted twice, but it persist.
Any other solutions or suggestions will be appreciated.

Best AnswerCustomer support was very helpful with troubleshooting.
They have sent me a replacement unit as they determined the screen is corrupted..
