I am considering to buy a Fitbit charge 3 from Souq.com Egypt. Frankly, I have been reading about many defects in the product. First it was about some features not coming with the product like the date and calendar.
When I visited the Fitbit community, I noticed many complaints about the device not working or syncing... Etc
I need some serious advice here please.

In regards to the syncing question, note that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance. You can see the list of our compatible devices at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

I Had a great experience with the charge 3. It’s very sensitive and don’t sinc properly. I’ve had several challenges and list because it doesn’t properly track your steps. The device has been replaced because the screen is glass and breaks causing the information to distorted. Not one of the best versions of the Fitbit. I actually would recommend the Alta.
