Hello,
Hoping to get help with this issue.
My charge 3 has started showing a dark line across the top of the screen. Pixel seems missing.
I’ve tried changing clock faces, re booted twice, but it persist.
Any other solutions or suggestions will be appreciated.

Customer support was very helpful with troubleshooting.
They have sent me a replacement unit as they determined the screen is corrupted..
Kudos to them!

I have the same problem did the 15 second restart and that didn’t fix the problem, how and have you fixed yours?
