Hi all, i have had my fitbit charge 3 for about one and a half years. its started showing black lines across my screen. it started with one and now it got about 30 black lines. Its almost impossible to see what the time is. i have restated and have reset my Fitbit several times now. it has done all its updates.
is this a known issue? something similar is happening to my wifes Fitbit charge 3 also.
please help.
thank you.

@Trent1987 Hello! It sounds like the pixels on your screen are dying, which is a hardware issue. You should reach out to Customer Support for further guidance. Best of luck!

Hi @Heather-S,
thank you for your reply.
yeah i think your right, you say go to customer support. going to the link only allows me to go back to the fotbit community or chat to customer support, however the customer support leads me to a Twitter log in. i dont have Twitter... how else can i get help from customer support from Fitbit?
Thank you for your help and support.

@Trent1987 You'll probably need to call them. They used to have a live chat option, however I believe due to short staffing with COVID19, that is no longer an option. The link on my end has an option to call, but I'm in the US so maybe the link looks differently for you.
If you're in a different country, I'd just google "X country Fitbit Support". Keep in mind, they probably aren't able to work weekend hours during the pandemic.

Click on your dashboard photo then scroll down to help click on that then contact customer support then you can pick Twitter @Fitbit support or call 887-623-4997 I did Twitter and it took about a day for Fitbit to contact me
