I got my charge 3 for Xmas!
Last month a black line appeared at the top and then last week another has appeared at the bottom! How do I contact customer support as I can’t find an email or contact number anywhere and I don’t want Twitter?This is obviously a massive issue as I’ve seen I’m not the only one and everyone’s has happened around the same time!

Thank you! I managed to speak to someone the morning on live chat who told me they are open 24/7. Just got back from work and they are closed!!
