Black lines on screen

A month or so back my charge 3 started having black lines appear on the screen. I've tried restarting my charge and my phone to no avail. I have also tried changing the faces as well but it hasn't worked either.

I started having that about a month ago. Call them. They will run it through a test check. If it's still under warranty, they will send a replacement.

Same here, just contact through live chat and it should be helpful. I actually just did that today but don't refresh the page like I did! It kicked me out and apparently live chat is gone after 4PM PT because I can't find the page anymore. Should show up with the hours instead of disappearing!
