I just bought my first Fitbit Charge 3, but the setup doesn't work. I can't turn my tracker on and there keeps standing a setup link on my tracker. When I push the buttons of my Fitbit, nothing happens, he doesn't react. I already looked up information how I could solve this, but nothing works. Even when I put it in my computer, he doesn't reacts. And I can't connect the tracker with my phone, so I actually can't do anything with it.
Does somebody has te solution?

Telling us that you cant turn on the tracker then saying the tracker only shows us the setup link.
If your tracker was not on, you would not see the setup link.
Your tracker still needs to be setup. So if you haven't installed the Fitbit app on your phone, let's go to the setup link which will send you to the correct download for your phone.
If you already have the Fitbit app on your phone, let's open your Fitbit app and do an add device.
How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Now if you have ttried the setup, through the Fitbit app, not the phones bluetooth.
Please let us know at what step the failure occurs and if you get an error message

I already installed the Fitbit app an tried to add my device. I get an error in the app and it says that my device isn't turned on. So that's why I said in my post that my tracker is off. So it's strange because you say my device should be on, while the app says it's off?

Have you tried a restart of the tracker and a restart of the phone?
I said it should be on based on you seeing the setup message.
