My Charge 3 won't keep proper time. I have reset it and it comes up right but in a day the time is 60 min. off. Also when I get a text or phone call it doesn't let me know. I have deleted it several time and redone but still doesn't keep correct time.

Thanks for troubleshooting the time and notifications issues you are having with your Charge 3. If your Fitbit isn't showing the correct time, I recommend changing the timezone to a completely different one, sync the device, put the correct time and sync again.
To change the time, follow the steps in the article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?. Also, make sure that the device you are using for this has the correct time.
