Last week I bought and setup my personal Charge 3, no issues what so ever. Today, I'm trying to setup my husbands Charge 3. The trackers screen has the Fitbit logo with "www.fitbit.com/setup". Every Bluetooth is off in the house except the phone that I'm trying to pair it to.
The phone just keeps telling me it can't pair to the Charge 3. I have held the side sensor for the 8 seconds like recommended, smiley face showed up but back to the Fitbit logo. I have created an account for him on my laptop, but still not allowing the phone and tracker to pair/sync.
The tracker is not allowing me to swipe the screen to get to the settings. I have been trying to do this since 8pm last night and I'm not getting anywhere with this. Please HELP!
