I’ve tried the long restart, and changing clock face. My Fitbit charge 3 is 18 months old and up until this morning has been working perfectly, this morning I noticed it was just black! Charging it didn’t help! I have just spent the last 20 mins doing numerous long restarts but now all I get is a pixelated screen every now and again! Please help! I’ve come to completely rely on my Fitbit!

It’s from the forced update. They’re going to say your warrant is up, offer you a crappy 35% discount, and say buy another. Nope, you’re not fooling me, Fitbit. They need to get a patch for the problem. It was working fine before the stupid update.

Mine crapped itself yesterday and I only did the update now.. what hope do I have..
it must still be working as in counting steps etc as when I sync it with app it’s updating details.. but no good when I use it as a watch too..
