Black screen despite reboot

Hi. My Fitbit screen is black. I’ve tried some of the work arounds like rebooting while charging and changing the clock face from the app and it still isn’t showing. I can’t get a smiley face. It is still monitoring steps and recording sleep. It still vibrates but nothing shows on the screen. Any other things I can do to get the face back?  Thanks!

Hi, @Nbigirl , welcome to the community, you do not mention having successfully set up your charge 4 or synchronising them before your problem occurred, nor what make & model phone you are using. May I draw your attention to some resources that may help you, I apologise if you have seen them before.

 Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? , Why won't my Fitbit device sync? , Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker? provide a lot of information and hopefully a way forward for you. If however, progress escapes you I recommend you talk to "Customer Support" here  (Click the button at the bottom of the page)

Hi. Sorry. I set up the watch in December 2019 and it’s been working
perfectly fine until now. The watch is a charge 3.

Hi, @Nbigirl, Noted this is in fact a charge 3, I'm going to move this thread to the charge 3 forum where they will be better able to help you (I have no experience of the charge 3)
