Black screen on Charge 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit charge 2 had a full charge, I put it on and a few hours later noticed the screen was completely black. No lights in the back, nothing. According to my phone app the Fitbit is fully charged, but it won’t do anything. No vibrations, no lights, etc. I’ve tried charging it but still nothing. It’s just dead.

@Kerifrey Welcome! It's great to see you around!

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2. Since no lights are showing it could be that the battery drained quickly and it didn't charge. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here

Let me know how it goes.

I have the same problem. Black screen and no lights on the back. Tried all the trouble shooting tips and still not working.
