I recently removed my charge 2 from the battery charger and noticed the image on the screen scramble and then the screen went black and has been that way for a few weeks. The battery is fully charged and the tracker still communicates with the app, unfortunately, the screen displays nothing. I've tried resetting it several times to no avail. I'm assuming the display is toast. Any ideas?

Try installing a different clock face.

Thanks for the idea of changing the clock face, unfortunately I tried all options (according to the app it is synching fine) but there is never anything whatsoever that comes up on the face. It's lasted me a little over 3 years, so maybe that's as much as you can expect.

Thanks for the changing the clock face idea. It synched fine and I tried all options, but still cannot get anything whatsoever to appear on the face. I've had this tracker for a little over 3 years now - maybe that's all the functional life you can expect from one of these devices.

I am having a similar issue. Instead of the blank screen, mine shows an empty battery outline. It is still syncing with the app though. I’ve tried refreshing it too. I was thinking the same thing you are, with life of the watch. I’ve had it for a few years, maybe it’s time for a new piece of equipment 🙁
