Hi Fitbit,

 

New issue that has appeared only today.

Black vertical lines have appeared on my Fitbit as of this morning.

I have tried restarting and changing the clock face.

 

Please see image below.

I have lines too but mine are opposite. I don't know how to attach the picture!

has to be commented on a computer web browser, doesn't come up when i try on the phone to upload an image.
